| DPSCluster is a multi-sensor (up to 7) field-ready, remote monitoring device
for strain measurement and crack detection. DPSCluster provides end users with a device that can
add-on incremental sensors on an as need basis. It is a compact, weatherproof, self-contained instrument
requiring no additional wiring or data acquisition equipment. DPSCluster individually measures and logs
data continuously at user-specified data-acquisition rates, and it communicates wirelessly
with any Internet-capable device (smartphone, iPod, computer, etc.). Unlike conventional strain-measurement
devices, DPSCluster measures multiple strain differentials within the gage area, making it highly sensitive to cracks
and other structural anomalies. |
