DPSLab
DPSLab is a laboratory version of DMI's DPS product line and performs the same strain measurement and crack detection tasks. It is intended for indoor use and limited field applications where protected from the elements. The DPSLab sensor connects to a PC using a single USB 2.0 port. DPSLab software (included) is a powerful LabVIEW-based* interface that provides 24/7 data logging at user-specified frequency, device control, and multiple data analysis and visualization options. Unlike conventional strain-measurement devices, DPSLab measures multiple strain differentials within the gage area, making it highly sensitive to cracks and other structural anomalies.
