Cold Work Validation
SR-CWV is a portable, handheld, battery powered instrument designed specifically to measure the amount of cold work (or cold expansion) applied to fastener holes.  Fastener-hole cold working is an increasingly common maintenance practice used to extend component life. However, crediting this process toward component life extension requires an accurate measurement of the applied cold work.  SR-CWV's simplified 'wizard' user interface and powerful measurement capabilities make cold work measurements a breeze. SR-CWV gages are used on metals, composites, plastics, and more.  SR-CWV is currently undergoing BETA testing in the field and will be available soon.
 
 
Fatigue and Crack Detection
SR-2 is a portable, handheld, battery powered instrument that measures a material's strain state using a semi-permanent wire free gage.  SR-2 reveals strain anomalies, differentials, and trends over time, which may indicate possible fatigue damage, the onset of cracking, and/or other material-health issues.  Each SR-2 gage delivers multiple, simultaneous, non-linear strain readings by simply placing the SR-2 handheld 'reader' over the gage. SR-2 gages are used on metals, composites, plastics, and more.  As a self-contained strain measurement system, SR-2 eliminates equipment and labor costs associated with conventional strain measurement, and offers unmatched measurement capabilities plus powerful data display and logging features.

SR-1 is a portable, handheld, battery powered instrument that measures a material's strain state using a semi-permanent wire free gage.  SR-1 measures strain directly rather than inferring it from other analogs, and is an easy-to-use strain-measurement alternative for laboratory and test environments.  Each SR-1 gage simultaneously delivers normal, shear, and principal strain readings by simply placing the SR-1 handheld 'reader' over the gage.
