Software Downloads
Any software that is made available to download from the DMI website is the copyrighted work of DMI and/or its suppliers.  Use of the software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the software.  Any software made available for download is solely for use by end users according to the software license agreement.  Any reproduction or redistribution of the software not in accordance with its license agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.  Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Collection of Your Personal Information
Portions of the DMI website may request that you provide personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, or telephone number.  Additionally, access to some DMI website pages or services may require you to sign in by providing an e-mail address and password.  Additional information about your interaction with the DMI website and services may be collected without identifying you as an individual.  For example, the DMI website may use analytics tools to retrieve information from your browser, including the site you came from, the search engine(s) and the keywords you used to find the DMI site, the pages you view within the DMI site.  The DMI website may also use technologies, such as cookies, to collect information about the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take when using the DMI website.  Additionally, the DMI website may collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses.
